(a) A member may hold mail for a customer who will not be receiving mail at his or her usual address, provided that:

(a) Designation of Chief Compliance Officer(s)

Each member shall designate and specifically identify to FINRA on Schedule A of Form BD one or more principals to serve as a chief compliance officer.

(b) Annual Certification Requirement

Each member shall have its chief executive officer(s) (or equivalent officer(s)) certify annually,¹ as set forth in paragraph (c), that the member has in place process

Each member shall establish and maintain a system to supervise the activities of each associated person that is reasonably designed to achieve compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations, and with applicable FINRA rules. Final responsibility for proper supervision shall rest with the member.

(a) For purposes of this Rule, the term "security future" shall have the definition specified in Section 3(a)(55) of the Exchange Act.

(b) Requirements

The following terms shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the stated meanings:

The record-keeping provisions of Rule 2360(b)(17)(B) shall be applicable to customer accounts approved to trade index warrants, currency index warrants, or currency warrants. The term "option" as used therein shall be deemed to include such warrants for purposes of this Rule.
