As a retail investor we need this rule for transparency for the entire market

We need this rule to be passed asap. As a retail investor this would help transparency in the markets!

I can't wait for this to go into effect. This will really help to clean up the markets, and restore some credibility and trust. OTC markets are too easily abused by criminals to manipulate the broad markets, and defraud pensions and retail. A covert loop hole that definitely needs closing.
