Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. At Bull market, as a limited part of your overall portfolio, I can use leveraged etf, and trailing stop loss, to have both enhanced returns and limited loss. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Don't need these extra measures or restrictions imposed on me.

Leveraged funds are a very important and strategic part of my investment strategy.

I request that individual investors like myself continue to be allowed to have access these funds

I have been investing for over ten years. I believe leveraged ETFs have a place in my portfolio and don't believe the government has the right to tell me where I can invest to supplement my retirement income. Keeping interest rates at an unbelievable low rate for so many years has caused most of us to look for yield where ever we can find it.

It is important that individual investors have the opportunity to invest growing their accounts without worrying about going on margin to leverage.

As a retail investor I value the liquidity of leveraged ETFs and the simplicity. I have some accounts where Im unable to use options and leveraged ETFs are great hedge for my positions.
