2026 Regulatory Element Course Updates

In support of FINRA’s commitment to accuracy and quality in Regulatory Element Continuing Education (CE), courses are occasionally modified after release. An overview of changes is listed below for informational purposes. 

Please note: Revisions to specific courses will not affect learners who have already completed the course prior to the update. There is no need to retake a course.
