There are help on for people who want to learn how to invest in leveraged and inverse fund. Example "jasonkelly.com". Limiting my acces to these funds is in my opinion wrong and unfair. My question to you Gentlemen is how you determinig who is qualified and who is not to invest in public securities? I want to add that only 1/4 of my savings is invested in publick securities.
