Calvin Anderson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

FINRA,
I am opposed to the new regulations further restricting retail investors. As a retail investor it is my responsibility to manage my own risk and be aware of the stocks and securities in which I invest. I am a grown man and do not need you to act as my mother. The risk is my own and your regulations will just make it harder for investors like me to profit off of securities and stocks. So called complex products are not and you have no authority to reduce my or other investors access to to them. Moreover putting a net worth cap or financial threshold that must be met to trade is discriminatory to the poor. You must not undertake further regulation.
