Dear FINRA, My opinion on FINRA's proposed limits is that may restrict my access to leveraged Funds or to disqualify me from trading Those types Funds or other "complex products". If you have a strong understanding of the characteristics and risks of leveraged funds, but I am not a professional. I do understand that their purpose is for short-term active trading, and that they should be monitored regularly. Moreover, warnings my brokerage firm already provides (TD Ameritrade) descriptions that said funds should only be used to short term and also the risks associated. Due to these practices already in place, I respectfully request no further regulations or standards be put in place that would hinder or inhibit my ability to use leveraged funds. Thank you.
