Dear FINRA, As a US citizen and investor, I expect to be able to make my own decisions when it comes to my investing choices. Individuals should be able to choose from a variety of investments, including leveraged and inverse funds, in accordance with what is right for them in their own opinion. We are adults and can make our own informed decisions without having to jump through additional hoops, like passing a "test" in order to prove ourselves and get access to the investments we want. If you take away these choices from the public, you damage our ability to hedge risk and capitalize on strategies that will benefit our returns. In an environment of extraordinarily high inflation, it's more important than ever that investors be able to have free choice over investment options, including leveraged and inverse funds, in order for our returns to outpace corrosive inflation. The public also deserves the right to invest in the kinds of investments that so many hedge funds and banks benefit from. Please don't limit our ability to build our retirement savings and provide for our families.
