I not you regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. This is how people make their dreams come true. This is yet another infringement on people's freedom of choice and ability to pursue their passions I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before i can invest in public securities, including cryptocurrency funds such as BITO. I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks. This is yet another way to reach into my pockets, steal from the average person ? Investing in a diversified portfolio is how I'm helping myself with savings for retirement.. I can read and understand all the risks associated with any investment, or strategy I might employ to keep my money working for me.. not regulators and oversight.. how about looking at how certain companies are essentially monopolies but doing business under different names? How abou enforcing existing regulations on this and other areas that need attention
