Dear FINRA,
Public investments should be available to all of the public NOT just the PRIVILEDGED.I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me.
I am very capable of understanding investments and the risk. I shouldn't have to go through any special process of test taking before investing in leveraged and inverse funds. I have done my own research and am very capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
Leveraged and inverse funds are very important to my investment strategies because my 401k does not allow the use of stock options or the ability to invest in a down trending market.
I am opposed to any restrictions on leveraged and inverse ETF products.
