Karen Friedhaber Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I have spent the last year in classes three times a week to learn how to invest in stocks and trade options, hundreds of hours. I have the right and the knowledge to invest in any instruments I choose which should be my decision without interference with regulators. I have been using leveraged and inverse funds over the last year. I continue to learn and improve my skills. I am responsible for my own results. No one else. If these regulations are changed to prevent me from investing as I wish in the future, I will have wasted the money and time I have spent learning how to invest/trade and I will not be able to manage my portfolio as needed to protect it and grow it. I know many individual investors lose money. Money is easy to lose in many ways, but people cannot and should not be prevented from making their own decisions (even if risky or stupid). I demand the right and accept the responsibility for my own decisions. Please do not prevent me from investing and trading as I have been!!!!
