We, not regulators, should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for us and our families. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I should not be forced to go through any special process in order to invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am quite capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Treating the American people as if we are stupid is stupid.
