I resent the thought that I cannot choose for myself what investment products work best for me. And I find it insulting, manipulative and corrupt that only those with privilege (high net worth investors) would be allowed to use these trading vehicles. I use these types of vehicles to hedge positions as well as to take advantage of down movements, since I can not use options in my IRA account. I don't need a mama or some Big Brother organization trying to assume parental type authority. Furthermore, if this happens, I will simply cash out everything and turn to personal private investments outside of the stock market. It's apparent to me that you are trying to prevent the little guy from capitalizing on any future recessionary trend. The market is already manipulated and corrupt; please don't make it even more so.
