Hello, Hope you have nice day. I am writing you this time to make my voice be heard, I OPPOSE THE NEW RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST!!!! I believe that I should be able to choose the public investments, that I believe are right for me.Public investments should be available to ALL OF THE public, not just the privileged!! I am very much capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks, I do not need these measures imposed on you. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me,they help me protect my investments or seek enhanced returns, and if I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio. I understand the reason why you might want to restrict our rights to invest, which would just further diminish the middle class, as there will be only privileged rich and poor undesired , unprivileged and stupid class. And i agree with the education, and some people do need them, however the only risk here is they will loose their money, nobody else is getting hurt.But there are people like me, who is starting from the beginning and learning, because somewhere you need to start, and i am not rich, have no family money, everything i own i earned with two of my hands, and I am so happy that i could finally invest my own money, i always wanted to own shares and be able to trade. you have no idea how that makes me feel. I feel important, empowered and i feel that i can do everything i dreamed about. It gives me great confidence and made me to start thinking about my future and the future of my family. Please, don't push this country into communism and dictatorship, because, forbidding people of doing what they want is and publicly shame them because they are not rich, is exactly what you're trying to do
