As an Investor on TDAmeritrade I was approved an account to invest. My expectation, as a customer, is that my brokerage provide me all the tools that any investor would have access to and NOT based on my WEALTH!!! By limiting investment vehicles to users based on how much money they have is wrong and is only used to keep people from getting ahead. Saying you are protecting me from loss is [REDACTED]. You're not my parent or my money manager you're just preventing me from gaining income like the privileged wealthy. TDAmeritrade provides me with the prospectus that explains the risks. It outlines the risks very clearly. I don't need regulators to hold my hand. More specifically UVXY, as an inverse fund, is a MAJOR part of my investing strategy and a Hedge against a downward trending market.
