Scott McPherson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Scott McPherson
N/A
I Oppose restrictions to my right to invest. And I should have the right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds just like the big wall street firms, hedge funds, etc. I am fully capable of understanding the risks and do not need to be tested or have additional barriers placed in front of me to proof to a regulator that I know what is best for my portfolio. This is too much oversight and I don't wish for my tax dollars to be used for new regulation on this matter. thank you for hearing my opinions.
