My investment in an inverse fund is only a small fraction of my net worth, but my ability to invest at the time of my choosing -- and in the amount of my choosing -- is critical to the long-term performance of my portfolio. I consider the proposed regulations to be an unnecessary and burdensome infringement on my ability to make sound financial decisions.
