Dear FINRA Regular retail investors should not be precluded from access to leveraged investment products. By only allowing institutions to use leveraged investment vehicles you are discriminating against individuals and preventing them from using all of the tools in the investment tool kit. Life is risky, individuals do not need to be protected from themselves by the government. Instead you should be focused on education to ensure the risks are better understood.
