Extension of Current Rate for Fees Paid Under Section 31 of the Exchange Act

Executive Summary

The SEC is operating under a continuing resolution that will extend until December 11, 2014. As such, the Section 31 rate applicable to specified securities transactions on the exchanges and in the over-the-counter market will remain at the current rate of $22.10 per million dollars until 60 days after the enactment of a new fiscal year appropriation for the SEC.
