Proposed Rule Change to Modify Fees and Transaction Credits for the FINRA/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility

(“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend the FINRA Rule 7600B Series to modify fees and transaction credits applicable to members that use the FINRA/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility (the “FINRA/NYSE TRF”).
