Proposed Rule Change to Amend FINRA Rule 6433 to Adopt the OTC Quotation Tier Pilot as Permanent

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 6433 (Minimum Quotation Size Requirements for OTC Equity Securities) to adopt as permanent the minimum quotation sizes for OTC equity securities currently operating on a pilot basis, scheduled to expire on June 7, 2018.
