Proposed Rule Change to Modify the Implementation Schedule of Amendments to Schedule A to the FINRA By-Laws Adopted in SR-FINRA-2024-019 as Modified in SR-FINRA-2025-007

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to modify the implementation schedule of amendments adopted in SR-FINRA-2024-019, as modified in SR-FINRA-2025-007, with respect to the adjustment of FINRA fees to provide sustainable funding for FINRA’s regulatory mission.
