4622A. Termination of NASD Alternative Display Facility Data System Service

This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 4622A has been superseded by FINRA Rule 6278. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.

NASD may, upon notice, terminate ADF Data System service in the event that an ADF Trading Center fails to qualify under specified standards of eligibility or fails to pay promptly for services rendered by NASD.
