7002C. NASD/NSX Trade Reporting Facility Reporting Fees

This rule is no longer applicable effective Jan. 1, 2009.

Except as otherwise provided in this Rule 7000C Series, there will be no charge for use of the NASD/NSX Trade Reporting Facility to report locked-in transactions in exchange-listed securities effected otherwise than on an exchange.
