7002E. NASD/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility Reporting Fees
This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 7002E has been superseded by FINRA Rule 7620B. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.
There will be no charge for use of the NASD/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility to report locked-in transactions in exchange-listed securities effected otherwise than on an exchange.
