I run a systematic quarterly rebalancing plan that is powered by leveraged ETFs. I know what I am doing. The proper use of these leveraged products is a key part of my financial plan.

I can't believe that it is even be considered to restrict anyone from purchasing Contra and/or Leveraged ETFs. Why??? Are they going to restrict lottery tickets too? What about casino gambling? Is it all going away?? Horse betting? If Cryptocurrency is allowed to be purchased, then everything and anything should be.

I understand the risks with Leveraged fund.
There is risk in every investment.
It should be my choice if I want to take the risk or not.
