We need more options or tools to invest and hedge. Please keep them. Thanks
Comments:Please do not limit my ability to trade any so called complex products, such as leveraged and inverse funds, or impose any more regulations than are currently in place.
I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me. Its my money and my risk.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged. Everyone in America should have the opportunity.
Comments:i been making money on TQQQ and SQQQ. makes no sense to impose this nonsense rule. also dont even try to care about peoples finances when crippling student loans / predatory loans are everywhere.
I am opposed to regulations that restrict my being able to

It's disgraceful that you think we don't know what we are doing out here. We don't need you to babysit investors. We aren't gamblers, and we don't need regulatory busybodies all around us. Get back to your office and be grateful you're a day closer to your sweet pension.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me, not the government regulators and I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like inverse funds.
Please do not restrict the right to invest in leveraged ETFs.
I have a PhD and have published in economics journals, so I have some expertise in this area.
Investors are currently allowed to borrow up to 50% of the value of their investments, so it is already possible to achieve leverage through these vehicles. But when the value of those investments fall it can lead to margin calls that require
