Leveraged and inverse funds definitely have risk but so do any other stocks or funds. Limiting access to leveraged funds limits my ability to take advantage of broad market swings and shouldnt be limited to the privileged few. I have made money and lost money with leveraged funds so I know the risk. I dont want to lose the option. Thanks.

All investment nuts are risky. There is no need for any special regulation for the leveraged ETFs. Stay out. Let us enjoy our freedom.
