Please continue to allow people the freedom to use leveraged ETF's. I personally use them and know the risks.
I use them within my 401K plans only.
Do not take away my ability to use leveraged pro shares products. I do use this products from time to time in my overall investment strategy.
Comments: I am a private investor that has been trading leveraged funds (Rydex then ETF's) for over 20 years and do not want this taken away from me. Thanks-Steven
Dear Madam, Sir,
I strongly believe passing this law would hurt investors like me who are getting to the capital market with small investments and using inverse funds as a hedge strategy to beat the market volatility, even though it is a small portion of my overall portfolio.
I believe public investment should be available to all of the public without any requirement of passing a test. Anyone who
Please allow me to make my own investment decisions. i use leveraged accounts as buffers to other investments. i am well versed and have been investing for 32 years. It's my risk and i'll bear the consequences
Hi. I understand your concerns. But I believe that using criteria such as tests or high net worth to determine who is eligible to trade securities that are deemed "complex", such as leveraged ETFs, is unnecessary and can actually do more harm than good to my long-term financial security.

Public investments should be a choice of the individual and not regulated by government.
Individual decisions on ability to invest should not be incumbered by a government test or requirements instituted by government.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
Government over-reach needs to stop now! Preserve American freedom
Stop. This is none of your business and you don't know what you're doing. An efficient market needs investors on both sides of a trade....buyers and sellers, long and short, who are responsible for their trades. Not you.
I have been investigating, buying selling trading, holding funds my whole complete adult life. We have been self employed and self invested into IRA, Roth IRA, SEP and so on. Leveraged funds, international, Us non leveraged are all a part of our now retired portfolio! Every fund has helped me to invest and learn more about investing. It would be a profoundly hurtful move to take away investment
Comments:Im just your average factory worker and while I have my 401k, savings, etc; I like hedging my long term investments with the inverse leveraged ETFs. They are easy to understand and offer us little guys a chance to profit a little in a down market. Please dont take this away from us.
