Dear FINRA Regulators, To whom it may concern. I would prefer that you stay out of my business. The less government we have the better, is my absolute opinion. What ever I want to invest in is my concern and my concern only, not yours . I oppose any further government involvement what so ever. Leveraged and inverse funds such as (SQQQ & FAZ) are an especially important part of my strategy
As a personal investor in leveraged ETFs, I fully understand the potential risks and consequences that come along with said investments. Being they are legal and regulated funds, I should be able to make the decision whether or not to invest in them on my own accord, and not have FINRA make that decision for me. Thank you.
Freedom is One of the most important things in our lives. Dont take away our freedom to invest or speak our minds
I don't need anyone to tell me where/how I can invest my money. If I wanted to invest in leveraged/inverse funds then I should be able to do so whenever I want. There shouldn't be any requirements nor restrictions.
It's already tough market for individuals, don't make it even more difficult by taking away hedging tools.
Dear Sirs,
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I am well aware of the risks with trading leveraged funds. This right should not be regulated! It is not any riskier than trading options or and other investments. The individual has a right to take the risks. DO NOT CENSOR OR TAKE AWAY MY RIGHTS TO CHOOSE!!!!!!
I strongly oppose limiting our access to leveraged etfs.
It is my opinion that such products should have no limits as many use products to hedge against such unpredictable events.
Thank you.
I am very much opposed to restrictions on investing in leveraged and inverse funds. These funds are the average investor's only way to protect himself/herself in market downturns. An individual's potential losses in these funds are limited to the amount of the investment made as opposed to actual shorting of securities where losses can be far greater than the investment made
I agree,
I should be able to make these trades wuthout new paper work.
I am one of million's of self directed investor in the USA.
I believe that an individual should have the access to invest in leveraged and inverse funds without restriction.
It should be the decision of individual investor to find out what kind of investment is suitable for him.
I prefer that FINRA should not restrict my ability to invest.
Thanks
