People, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for them. Public investments should be available to all the public, not just the privileged. Let's see some research as to who is using these instruments, how long they are holding them, and examples of smaller investors getting into trouble with them.
As far as I can see, most of the market is as risky as these etfs are.
