I would like to let you know I fell that "Public Investments" should live up to their name and be open to the "Public". I am more than capable of understanding leveraged & inverse funds and their risks. I do not need an investment babysitter or any restrictions imposed that is going to make it any more difficult for me to get a good return on my
Individual investors should be permitted to trade leveraged and Reverse ETF. One does not need to have a large amount of capital to have intelligence and the ability to understand and use these investment vehicles. Special tests or other special requirements should not exist which would limit individual investors access to these vehicles. and, under no circumstances should access be cut at the

Being able to participate in the market should not only be for the rich or those with finance degrees. I am against agency testing to
What right do you have to limit mine? Investments should be between my broker and me. You have no business testing, gatekeeping, or knowing my income. Worst of all, cooling off periods? Day traders tend to make multiple trades a day; don't ruin an entire way of life.
Please do not restrict my ability to invest into leveraged funds. I have had very good results by investing into these funds in the past and have incorporated them into my overall investment strategy. Restricting my ability to invest in these funds will hamper my ability to strengthen my retirement plan.
