I know the risks of leveraged and inverse funds. I use them to enhance my portfolio. I'm an educate person, and do not need someone telling me what I can or can't do with my investments. I don't need to take a test.

I urge you, beg you really, not to move forward with these proposed regulations. My wife and I are retired, and depend on our investment income. I have been successfully investing in equity markets for decades now and leveraged funds have played a crucial role in that.
