Do not make it any harder to outrun inflation and the ability to build wealth by stepping in here.
I have been an investor for a number of decades and would like the freedom to choose inverse and/or leveraged funds if that fits into my financial roadmap. I would really like to have that flexibility without any limitations.

It should be my right to invest as I see appropriate for me. Be it equities, bonds, etfs, mutual funds, inverse and leveraged funds, etc. as all investments imply risk. It is up to the individual investor as to where, with due diligence, they wish to apply their money

I believe it is not up to FINRA to decide how to invest my money. I am fully responsible for my actions which includes understanding leverage and inverse funds and the risks that are involved. To regulate that does not hold up to our American definition of Capitalism. Thanks for your consideration.
I fully oppose restricting freedom to invest and creating obstacles for retail investors to interact with "complex products". If the intention is to protect people's finance, instead of taking the lazy path of restriction, a better way would be to educate. Majority of retail investors understand the risk they are taking by entering the markets, and creating a silo for the "
I don't agree with restrictions to buy leveraged funds. They are an option that should be available to all potential investors, not just high wealth individuals.

My money, my choice! You do not tell me what to spend my money on! If I want to trade worthless fiat currency in for crypto, that's what I will do! Period!
Myself not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. They allow me to protect (hedge) my investments or seek enhanced returns, and I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio.
