No one should be eliminated from their right to invest. We have too many restrickions today. Don't make investing another one. People pay taxes on gains. Why mess with that too!
I dont need FINRA to tell me where to invest. Big government is a BIG mistake.

Please do not restrict trading on leveraged ETFs
Please do not restrict my right to invest.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments, including leveraged and inverse ETFs. I also use them to hedge my positions and if you stop our use of inverse ETFs, then you are hurting me, not helping me. I should be able to choose any investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Should have equal opportunity to buy leveraged fund.
I do not need restrictions placed on my investment potential. It is enough that investors are advised of the risk before making that decision. This proposal is an overkill regulation that take investor rights away.
I oppose government restrictions to my right to invest in things such as inverse ETFs. They are public investments and should remain fully accessible to the public without government restrictions. I feel totally informed and safe in making this kind of investment decision and have been doing so for some time. So long as risks are spelled out for the investor they are suitable for any private
I do not want anything restricting the way I invest, such as, net worth requirements, education, training, etc. I want to be able to use whatever is awhile to increase my ROI and reduce volatility. Leveraged and inverse funds are two of the tools that I currently use to reach those ends.
