I oppose the proposed regulations that would restrict my ability to invest in leverage or inverse mutual funds, or similarily Exchange Traded Funds. A legal investor should be able to purchase these securities once they have received or acknowled receiving the appropriate disclosure notifications. Additional testing or licensing should not be required of the investor. These instruments have a
Freedom to invest is the best that happens to me in America. Please let us make our own choice #freedomtoinvest
I have a college degree in Business Administration. I have been very successful in investing in stocks, leveraged and inverse ETF's. About 85% of my investments are in leveraged and inverse ETF's. It's my money and the government should not tell me where to spend or invest it. Before the Government tells me how to manage my finances you should reduce/eliminate the
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I am Pro-Choice in everything in this life!! No entity, person, or institution should have the opportunity or right to restrict or impact an individual's ability to choose how they invest their time and resources. That SHALL ALWAYS remain with the individual!!
I DO NOT need anyone to make decisions on resources they did not help me acquire.

The use of inverse and leveraged funds are a part of my investment strategy. Current regulations and requirements that are in place are proper and necessary. The brokerages are required to warn of the inherent risks as well as obtain written statements from clients that these risks are understood and accepted. LEAVE THINGS THE WAY THEY ARE. STOP TRYING TO SQUASH THE INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR. The
