This is not freedom. We do not need the FINRA restricting what securities people can buy or sell. We saw issues with Gamestop stock for example. The playing field should be level. It's even possible that people use outside the box trades, such as covered calls on TQQQ due to the high volatility and holding over time, arguably a reasonable approach given enough timeline.
Hello - I am a 40 year experienced sophisticated investor. I have traded/invested in leveraged etfs for the last 10 years. I understand the risk they involve. I would like to continue to have the opportunity to have this vehicle as part of my investing choices.
As a tax payer I should have the right to invest my money where see fit. I do not want to go through any special processes before I can invest my hard earned money into things like crypto currencys Ivedone my own research and choose to invest in what I believe will make myself good return. The government need not step in and and impose your measures on my investments!
Not just crypto funds but businesses, rights as a parent. And so more more. You have broken so many constitutional rules. Protect this land and hold it in high estem is what you should be doing

Leveraged and inverse funds are important instruments in minimizing risk and helping you protect or hedge your investments. They are an important instruments in enhancing returns when used as a limited part of your overall portfolio.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use leverage and inverse funds to hedge against downward mkt conditions, including that they help me protect (hedge) your investments or seek enhanced returns, and if you use them as a limited part of your overall portfolio it may impact my overall return. So far they were major part of my strategy and earnign last few years
I have been successfully trading leveraged etfs for years and would appreciate it if I could continue doing it. Its my choice and I dont need FINRA or anyone else deciding whether Im up to it or not. Do not impose on my decisions without my invitation to do so.
Investors should decide hoe to invest their money. There are many more riskier assets in the amrket than leveraged or inverse ETFs
