The FINRA legislation as proposed is very unfair and biased. The investing public in a free market system should be able to buy securities as they choose, as long as they understand the risk associated with it. FINRA legislation his biased against investors with small amounts to invest and gives advantages to institutional investors and high net-worth individuals. The investing game is
I agree with the limitations being proposed. Retail investors are not generally suitable for these products. If an investor is suitable they can pass a simple test to acknowledge their understanding of the risks similar to options or futures enabled accounts.
Everyone should have the ability to invest in products they believe offer favorable chances for returns. If this is removed from retail investor access it should be removed from access by institutions as well.
