I reject FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08. It should allow everyone investing any stock or mutual funds in public.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, in the spirit of free-market capitalism. No one should have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds
Placing regulations on the investment and retirement options could be considered racist. The requirements are definitely skewed towards a non minority race since minority populations could never meet the proposed requirements. This harmful precedence and regulation must not be approved.

I do not agree on restricting independent investors to invest in protective investment categories such as inverse ETF's and other inverse traded funds to allow the benefits of securing my capital during down markets.

After investing in the market over 30 years I understand the risk involved with different equities, mutual funds, leveraged ETF's, and ETN's. If I assume the risk, I should be able to make the choice not a regulator. Leveraged ETF's are critical to my investment strategy.
I see this as another pathetic attempt at making investing and trading inaccessible to the average retail broker. All investors no matter the size should be able to invest in whatever they like.
