Leveraged and inverse funds have been an important part of my portfolio for years providing me with good returns as well as a hedge. Please allow them to remain a part of my investment strategy without any limitations or restrictions.
As a retiree who invests in these securities I understand very well the risks and benefits involved. I and Im sure most others who trade in this space are more than capable of deciding where to invest. This is another government overreach and should be abandoned.
Hey look I should have the same chance to make money just like those ho are in the White House do and in Congress do as well so stop your [REDACTED] an let true Americans to have a chance two
Please allow me to make my own investment decisions. i use leveraged accounts as buffers to other investments. i am well versed and have been investing for 32 years. It's my risk and i'll bear the consequences
Comments: I am well aware of the risks of trading leveraged etfs and have been doing so for many years as a hedge to other investments. I would appreciate if as an investor I am allowed to do what Is most suitable for my portfolio.
I personally have held series 3,4,7,24,55,63,66 licenses in the past and well aware of how leveraged financial instruments work!!!!
If the instrument is publicly traded the public should be able to take positions in it....quit trying to manipulate how the market works
Please, do not stop access to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. It is my responsibility to take extra risk associated with them as well as ability to get rid of them if I find myself uncomfortable with them.
Thanks for understanding

Hi,
I oppose limitations on my investments.
I know very well about my investments and am going to hold it for years. So, the recent drops (or any potential fluctuations) will not impact mucj on my investment portfolio.
Thank you,
The Monthly Short Sale Transaction Files provide detailed trade activity of all short sale trades executed and reported to a FINRA Trade Reporting Facility (TRF) or FINRA’s Alternative Display Facility (ADF) during normal market hours as well as after-hours. The Short Sale Files include only trades reported to a TRF or ADF for public dissemination purposes (i.e., media-reported trades).
I am a former series 7, 6, 63 from 1994 to 2001. Back then people knew risk, with all the information now the public is so much more well informed that regulation should be MINIMAL. Minimal meaning more of a mediator than a regulator.
