I have been actively investing in the stock market since 1985 and have followed the development of leveraged and inverse funds and ETFs as they progressed. I think the current requirements of the brokerage firms is adequate information to investors about these types of securities. I think no additional restrictions or regulations should be placed on my right to invest in these securities.
Leveraged exchange traded funds (ETFs) play a useful role in my investment strategy. The way I use them, they are no more risky than individual stocks, and they are less risky than some other investment vehicles such as futures contracts. Please do not prohibit individual investors from using leveraged ETFs.
Comments: Please do not get rid of leveraged inverse etfs. It gives people with less capital a chance to hedge their existing positions and even profit off the losses in their existing stock. The rich will always get richer in these situations, you will only be taking away our opportunity to make money in those situations.
Leveraged stocks with options offer easy money for unsophisticated investors (those without insider information and months of day to day observation). By selling deep in the money puts on a variety of these investment vehicles youre able to get a safe and moderate return while others can hedge their losses. Its a win win.
I have never had much money but if it weren't for my ability to invest in the stock market I would have done without many things. Adults have the right to invest their money any way they want. They are the only ones that suffer if they make a bad investment. Please do not take away my rights.
Nothing is done to stop criminals from wall st from manipulation of GME and other stocks. This is insane. The US market is a shame and after GME I will never touch the US market again. These people from citadel need to go to jail not a silly fine

No need for a trader to understand the complex product all the broker warns about leveraged product. A trader sees an opportunity to entre and exit. Also with more regulation and restrictions the stock market and the economy will go down, with the diversified market and ease of regulation the market will call for more investors, and it’s what we need.
