Dear FINRA,
Leveraged funds are an important part of my personal investment strategy, and as public offerings, should be available to the public without restrictions or requiring special authorizations.
Fund descriptions are made available so that myself and the general public are able to research what we invest in and assess our own individual risks. It is our responsibility to understand these
Hi there,
I'd like to say the right for investors to access all investment products is very important. The "complex" financial products seem high risk. But they allows investors to use them to hedge the stock investment. If the common investors are blocked from these "complex" products, they have to exposure all their investment in stock positions. There are already several restrictions in place that make the public markets unfair towards those who are not institutional or professional traders as is demonstrated by the GME debacle. The risks of leveraged products are well advertised and there should not be government restrictions on those who choose to take those risks. As an investment professional, using these products in a responsible way with educated investors are an important to managing appropriate risk depending on market conditions. For less affluent retail investors who may not be able to use margin, options, or shorting strategies on their own, these products can give them access to strategies that can help them hedge their risk. I understood the risks involved before I bought

Thus, adding regulations beyond these fundamental purposes skew the landscape to play favoritism and hurt the market. Demanding a test or license or education
Hello,
I use leveraged ETFs as a limited part of my portfolio to seek enhanced returns. Its a very helpful way for me as a small investor to get some leverage otherwise not easily available to me. I understand that investing is inherently risky, and that it is my personal responsibility to understand the risks and rewards of any investment. I fully take this responsibility on myself, and do not
I have the capability of making my own investment decisions. A lot of people have investment strategies using these products and know the risks and do not put their life savings them.
I actually have a Series 7 license and understand the risks. There are others that do not have a license but are traders that make a living of trading. I do not feel the government needs to regulate. There is
