So they are not competing against my trade without any insider information.
Do not limit my ability to be able to trade funds. This is class warfare, and everyone should have access to the same tools.
I have been trading leveraged stock funds and I dont believe they need any additional education than a regular stock.
This proposed change to regulations is completely unacceptable. I should have the freedom to invest in leverage or inverse trades without additional restrictions.
Please allow me to trade leveraged stocks and etfs like SQQQ and TQQQ. Without extra regulations!

Stop focusing on how to limit the market. Instead focus on how government officials can get away with inside trading.
Please do not regulate these Inverse funds! They are a vital part of my trading strategies! I understand the risks involved and I plan accordingly.
There is no need to start regulating leveraged ETF's. Each and every person should be able to trade what they want at their own risk.

We can start with better transparency. The simple fact is that there are systemic issues with the creation of shares to borrow based on future volumes, failures to deliver, and shorting in general.
