Why don't you regulate Congress and the Fed Board's ability to trade off their own policies before you worry about me.
I utilize leveraged and inverse funds to increase returns and understand the risks involved. I do not think trading them should be subject to increased regulation.
I oppose this proposal. These leveraged vehicles allow investors short term leveraged trading opportunities versus risking large investment sums of money.
I fully understand how these leverage funds work, so please let us continue trading these funds as we always have. Thanks.

It poses a severe threat towards market fairness. Traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies.
This idea of regulating trades is an overreach against private investors. Where does such power end?

"A vibrant market is at its best when it works for everyone" FINRA website. Imposing these constructions on retail trades is contradictory toyour mission statement.
I strongly oppose any restrictions or limitations on ability of free trading and investing in any complex products as leveraged and inverse funds offered by ProShares.
