Do not take my right to trade all investment tools. I count on inverse and leveraged ETF's as a part if my investing strategy.

It is very important to me that I be allowed to determine what
I should be able to choose which publicly traded investments are right for my investment objectives and not regulators. All people should have the ability to buy publicly traded funds and not just those who are at a certain net worth. I understand the way the funds I use work and the risks involved and do not need to pass a test to prove my proficiency. These funds help me protect my portfolio
Just found out about the proposed restrictions being considered regarding leveraged/inverse investments. My wife and I are retired and utilize products of this type on a limited but regular basis in attempt to protect and improve our retirement income and sources... just like the large and politically connected trading companies. It is absolutely necessary in this messed up economic and political
restricting the buying of Crypto ETF funds would seriously [REDACTED] investors cash flow & not would be a major violation of the Fair trade act
Please don't make these restrictions. We are aware of the risks as all brokerages and Applications have disclaimer while trading leveraged stocks.
I am against your proposal to restrict my ability to trade because i have a number of strategies and i am knowledgeable about these products
Markets need to be free and available for all. Adding disclaimers is fine but disallowing or restricting to trade is not a good sign of free market economy.
