I am not a professional trader, but as any mom-and-pop trader I know the risks associated with trading inverse and leveraged funds. I don't need any additional regulations as it may only damage the free market.
Ive been free to invest however I choose. I am against a rule to prohibit my trading unless I comply with yet another government mandate protecting the small number of idiots out there
This is completely out of control and this should not be happening.
Why dont you go after the government people who are actually doing insider trading vs individuals just trying to survive in this world?

I am categorically opposed to limitations of trading leveraged and inverse securities. No one but me should decide how I invest my money. I don't need babysitters when I make financial decisions.
