We have the right to invest our money. We should have the write and freedom to invest just like the large investors do. No restrictions no dark pool after close trading.
Public investments should be available to all of the public not just the priviledged. I should not have to take extra classes or exams to invest in inverse, leveraged or any other type of publicly traded security.
America is a free country. You can't block my trading preference. Do NOT block my leveraged and inverse funds. Go ahead to stop crypto currency first. Those are scam.
I actively invest on a daily basis though I'm not a day-trader. Inverse and leveraged funds are an essential part of my trading. I do this fully knowing and accepting the risks of my decision to invest in them.
Investors can make their own decisions regarding the products that they buy and sell. Don't you have anything better to do (i.e., cracking down on congress members engaged in insider trading)?
