Any investor should be able to choose the public investments that are right for them. Investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I find it offensive that I would have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, similar to leveraged and inverse funds. The reason they are necessary in the first place is
Hello,
I am concerned about the possibility of losing access to inverse and leveraged funds. They are a valuable resource in my investment strategy and have proved to significantly improve my overall returns especially in the current state of the market. I would hope you reconsider in eliminating access to these investment vehicles.
It is a bad idea for you to impose these restrictions. Once again, you want special privileges like using leverage only given to the 1%, not the little guys who need it the most. You want to keep the casion rigged for the big guys. Shame on you.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST LEVERAGED AND INVERSE FUNDS.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.

Like all investment vehicles, they can be used improperly, but this fact should not be used to restrict trading or especially to limit them to high-income investors. It is not fair to give accredited investors such
