Please do not limit our ability to trade leveraged ETFs. We know the risks!
I rely on leveraged and inverse funds for my retirement/investing strategy. Please do not take them away. I am entirely capable of managing my own money.
Do NOT take away instruments that protect my wealth.

Every investor has the right to select the type of investments, the amount they wish to invest along with the objectives in making these investments.
It is my position, to always have this privilege. Thank you.

As an investor through Fidelity I am already required to confirm that I understand the risks of such leveraged and inverse funds. Preventing people such as myself from buying these funds entirely is restricting the freedoms of individuals. Requiring checks to ensure the investor understands the risk is fair, yet barring anyone from purchasing them entirely goes against what makes this country and
Leveraged and inverse ETF's funds are important to individual investors to protect on the downside while enhancing returns. These products are a quick way to neutralize deltas when the market turns.
I'm a financial advisor and I should be able to choose the public investments that are right form me and my family.
We are adults and can handle these products. Go regulate cryptocurrency.

I'm mildly opposed to a regulation banning "complex" financial products if it ends up covering things like 2x or 3x index funds (or even inverse funds). I believe each person should be free in choosing their own investments whether to their profit or detriment. Dont keep good leveraged and inverse funds from the common people that can benefit from them. Its better to have too much freedom than too little.
