This proposed regulatory statute is draconian, and unnecessary. Crypto currencies pose far more risk to the uninitiated investor, and they should not be regulated either.

Please, leave the leveraged funds alone. These are much, much safer than a futures account. They are fantastic value for investors. Much less risk than futures.
This proposed rule is absurd. Let Americans make their own investment decisions without special credentials. We know the risks when we make investments!
Leverage allows me to hedge my investments. It is a limited part of my portfolio.
I am capable of understanding the risks and I don't agree with these measures imposed on us.
I should be allowed to choose where I want to put my own money and when, I am of sound mind and have the ability to asses risk on my own.
I should be free to assume my own risk. If I have read the prospectus, I don't need FINRA to tell me anything more. This is still America, correct?
Hello, I understand the risk that I am taking with my investment in cryptocurrency funds! It is my right to do that and I can handle my investments how I see fit.
There is no reason to treat inverse and leveraged ETFs different than any other investment. All investments have risk and the individual needs to do their own research.
Please let us alone. There are too many laws, and it's not your place to "protect" us like this. Life has risks, investing is one of them.
I would prefer to make my own financial decisions instead of being guided by regulations. I understand that those decisions may be risky, and the risks are mine to bear. Thank you.
