I should be able to invest my money where I want. I understand the risk/reward ratio and play safe. I should not be penalized for others who cannot manage their risk and are vulnerable
Comments I understand the risk of leveraged long and short funds I use them to offset market movements and trade them shot term and should not be limited to use them .

I strongly oppose any regulation of trading inverse and leveraged funds. Fair warnings of risk and complexity have and should be given, but legal restrictions are an unnecessary infringement on freedoms.

I oppose any and all legislation that will limit my ability invest in any securities. I am quite capable of assessing risk in trades in my accounts.
Investors should be allowed to invest as they see fit - it's on them to understand the risks and how these instruments work, and to never put all/most of their money into any one security.
I have been very careful in my investments and take no risk that I can't afford to lose. I don't need the government telling me what I can and cannot buy.

These factors, among others, make seniors an attractive target for financial exploitation, with evidence suggesting that such exploitation has been increasing in terms of both scope and magnitude.
