As part of the expansion of the OATS Rules to all NMS stocks, FINRA will electronically link OATS Route Reports to the related order in the applicable NYSE market, similar to orders routed to a NASDAQ market.
(a) A member shall submit the trade data specified below in automated format as may be prescribed by FINRA from time to time. This information shall be supplied with respect to any transaction or transactions that are the subject of a request for information made by FINRA.

(a) Definitions
(1) For purposes of this Rule, the term “Specified Adult” shall mean: (A) a natural person age 65 and older; or (B) a natural person age 18 and older who the member reasonably believes has a mental or physical impairment that renders the individual unable to protect his or her own interests.
