Cyrptofunds are a key part of my investment strategy for my children's education savings accounts. I understand and recognize the risks associated. Please dont make investing in cyrptofunds more complex or restrictive.
Everyone, and not just privileged individuals and financial institutions, should be able to access public investments. We understand the risks of investing and don't need additional barriers imposed on our ability to invest.

Leveraged investment products are an important part of my investment strategy. I am aware of all risks and do not need the government to protect me on this issue. Please scale back your regulation of these products.
I should have the right to and freedom to invest in any funds. I'm an adult that can choose my own risks and rewards and shouldn't be limited to such. I find this proposed rule a corrupt fraudulent act.
I have been investing in leveraged etfs for years and have found them to be perfect for my risk tolerance. I do not feel it is at all appropriate for you to revoke my right to do so.
I actively invest on a daily basis though I'm not a day-trader. Inverse and leveraged funds are an essential part of my trading. I do this fully knowing and accepting the risks of my decision to invest in them.
I am fully aware of the risks of these investments. I should be able to decide how I invest my money, not you. You are attempting to infringe upon the rights of citizens by your proposed actions. Stop!
